3 Bean Salad


1 can (420 grams) beans in tomato sauce
1 can (410 grams) butter beans, drained
1 can (230 grams) sliced green beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
25 ml cooking oil
150 ml white vinegar
100 ml sugar
5 ml basil

1: Mix the beans, onion and green pepper in a salad bowl

2: Mix the rest of the ingrediants and add to the beans

3: Stir well

This salad is even better if it allowed to stand for a day or two

The salad can be bottled and stored in the refrigerator for quite a few weeks
