Tuna Souffl�

2 cans (185 grams each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 large onion, finely chopped
250 ml grated cheese
2 eggs
250 ml milk
250 ml cake flour
5 ml baking powder

1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

2: Sprinkle the flaked tuna onto the base of a greased Souffl� dish

3: Sprinkle first the onion and then the cheese over, do not mix

4: Beat the eggs and milk together

5: Add the flour and baking powder and beat well

6: Pour the mixture over the contents of the Souffl� dish

7: Bake for about 25 minutes or until nicely browned

8: Serve hot
