Bolognese Sauce


250 grams mince
Packet chicken livers (500 grams)
60 grams bacon
1 garlic clove (or 5 ml garlic salts)
1 medium size onion
A bay leaf
1 can tomatoes
250 ml water
30 ml tomato paste
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken livers up
Dice the onion
Crush Garlic Clove
Add little oil to frying pan (prefferable olive oil)
Add mince, chicken livers, garlic, onion and bay leaf to pan
Add tomatoes, 250 ml water and 30 ml tomato paste
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cover and simmer for +/- 40 minutes
