Creamy Green Beans

125 ml shredded bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, skinned and chopped
1 can (410 grams) green beans, drained
Salt and pepper
125 ml basic white sauce
60 ml grated cheddar cheese

1: Fry the bacon and onion until cooked

2: Add the tomato and stir-fry for awhile

3: Add the beans and salt and pepper and bring the mixture to the boil again

4: Meanwhile, make the white sauce and stir in the cheese

5: Stir the cheese sauce into the bean mixture

6: Serve hot
