12 ounces flour (340 grams)
Add dry ingrediants together
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 an ounce yeast (15 grams)
1/2 pint warm water (280 ml)
3 ounces butter (85 grams)
4 ounces lard (110 grams)
Put mixture of flour, salt, sugar and yeast into bowl
Add the warm water and mix for a smooth dough
Knead gently and roll out in 1/4 inch thich sheet
Add butter and lard to the bowl
Mix to a creamy mixture
Spread 1/3 of the mixture onto the dough
Dust the top with flour
Repeat the procedure twice more
Cut the dough into squares
Fold up the corners of the squares
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour until risen
Bake for 15 minutes at 230 degrees
