ShortBread


140 grams butter
70 grams corn flour
70 grams sugar
120 grams flour

Cream the sugar and butter together
Gradulally add flour and cornflour
Knead gently
Prick the top all over
Mark wedges for guidelines
Bake at 160 degrees for +/- 40 minutes
Sprinkle Sugar on top when done (Optional)
